CMHI233 ENTER THE FULL INSTALLATION STAGE

The interior decoration project of CMHI233 which contracted by Nantong Haijing is progressing methodically according to the shipyard construction schedule. At present, the background engineering is complete, and entering the stage of cabin interior decoration.
In the deck covering project, imported polyurethane deck covering is used, with rubber particles as the filler, which has good sound insulation and vibration reduction performance, and also avoid the deck covering cracking caused by deck deformation and other reasons.
PU is used as the surface material for the wet area of the whole ship. Compared with conventional tiles, it has the advantages of smooth, no split-joint and good waterproof performance. In addition, the floating floor is used for large area of the living space to ensure that the noise value of the room meets the design requirements.

Wooden furniture in living cabins is almost finished, and is currently being installed in public areas. The wooden furniture has some special technological details, with the unique style of JDN.
Among them the most outstanding characteristic is furniture without the processing means of sealing edge.??The conventional marine furniture usually hemmed with PVC or solid wood strips.??But in this project, it is exposed and polished with varnish. The composition structure of the plywood core material can be clearly seen, which increases the details and levels of the furniture and really gives people a refreshing feeling.?

In additional, a bar with elaborate design for crew entertainment and relaxation is currently in the process of installation. Believe that it must be one of the highlights of the ship’s interior decoration.

The ship is excepted for sea trial in early October this year.
