Hero 1, the first High-end Floating Production Unit (FPU) built by a domestic private enterprise, was named and delivered 

On 21^th July, 2022，the Floating Production Unit (FPU) , named Madura "Hero 1", was successfully delivered by Nantong Strong Wind New Energy Equipment Technology Co., LTD. Tongzhou Bay Base. 

The Madura "Hero 1", the Floating Production Unit (FPU) is a high-end floating production equipment for the extraction, collection and purification of oil and gas at the surface of the sea in the Madura Strait, Indonesia.  The platform was registered with ABS Classification Society, and built in Nantong base of Jiangsu Strong Wind. It has two parts: the hull and the topside module. The platform is 160 meters long and 32 meters wide, including the main hull, living building and the upper generator, power distribution, gas treatment, combustion arm and other eight modules. The natural gas processing capacity is about 175 million cubic feet. 

Nantong haijing ship decoration co.,LTD. was honored to contribute to the localization of the project. We have provided and installed all interior materials for the hull area and the insulation for all piping in the topside module area. All interior materials were meeting the requirements of ABS certification.
