On January 20, 2024, the 5000t self-propelled floating revolving crane floating crane "Zhongtian 39" built by Zhenhua Heavy Industry for Liyang Marine Engineering successfully completed the 6-day trial task and docked at Zhenhua Qidong Marine Engineering Shipyard, marking the final sprint stage of delivery of the ship.

"Zhongtian 39" is a cooperation between Zhenhua Heavy Industry and Liyang Marine Engineering, and the interior package project is undertaken by Nantong Haijing. The overall construction period of "Zhongtian 39" is tight and the engineering amount is large, in response to the overall construction period requirements of the Shipyard, to ensure the smooth and punctual trial of 5000T. Haijing adhering to the "performance" service concept, send professional design team, management team and skilled craftsmen masters, the peak number of on-site attendance of 150 people per day. With the joint efforts of the site management team and construction team of Haijing, we organized the construction personnel in an orderly manner in strict accordance with various construction techniques, and actively cooperated with the Shipyard to complete various node plans; At the same time, we strictly controlled the quality and safety, and no major safety violations and quality accidents occurred during the entire construction period, and were praised by the Shipyard and Owner for many times.

Zhongtian 39 is classified into CCS Class, with a total length of 215 meters, a width of 51.8 meters, a depth of 19 meters, a maximum draft of 14 meters, and a design speed of 9 knots. A large Marine engineering crane with a fixed stern lifting capacity of 5000 tons/full slewing lifting capacity of 3500 tons is set at the stern of the ship; The power propulsion system uses three 3,000-kilowatt full rotary electric thrusters and three 3,000-kilowatt bow thrusters, with a design speed of 9 knots and an 8-point anchoring positioning system. This ship is mainly used for the foundation construction of a variety of wind power projects such as the single pile and jacket of the unit of 15 MW or above. It has the operation capacity of offshore oil platform, large cross-sea bridge construction, large structure lifting, and oversize sunken ship salvage, etc. The business scope is very wide, which can extend the meteorological window period of far-reaching sea wind power construction and effectively reduce the project construction cost. It is in a leading position in China in terms of energy saving effect and public safety standards.
