IYANG MARINE ENGINEERING - 5000 TONS SELF-PROPELLED FULL SWING CRANE "ZHONGTIAN 39" WAS DELIVERIED SMOOTHLY

On April 18, Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry for the construction of Liyang Marine Engineering, the domestic leading and international first-class 5000 tons of self-propelled full swing crane "Zhongtian 39" held a naming and delivery ceremony in Qidong Zhenhua. The ship's accommodation decoration project is undertaken by Nantong Haijing.

This project adopts many new materials, new processes and new methods different from previous offshore projects. For example: aluminum alloy skirting line, light belt layout, ladder decoration, solid wood Great Wall plate, iron partition and so on. Since many materials and processes were used for the first time, we did encounter a lot of setbacks and difficulties in the construction process, but with the cooperation of various departments of Haijing. We finally won the recognition and praise of the Owners and Shipyards.

The overall construction period of "Zhongtian 39" is tight and the engineering amount is large, in response to the overall construction period requirements of the Shipyard, to ensure the smooth and punctual trial of 5000T. Haijing adhering to the "performance" service concept, send professional design team, management team and skilled craftsmen masters, the peak number of on-site attendance of 150 people per day. With the joint efforts of the site management team and construction team of Haijing, we organized the construction personnel in an orderly manner in strict accordance with various construction techniques, and actively cooperated with the Shipyard to complete various node plans; At the same time, we strictly controlled the quality and safety, and no major safety violations and quality accidents occurred during the entire construction period, and were praised by the Shipyard and Owner by many times.

"Zhongtian 39" length of 215 meters, 51.8 meters wide, 19 meters deep, ship deck design load 15 tons per square meter, an area of about 4,000 square meters, equivalent to 10 basketball court size. A large Marine engineering crane with a fixed stern lifting capacity of 5000 tons/full rotary lifting capacity of 3500 tons is set up in the stern of the ship, and its outstanding lifting capacity makes it a leading advantage in the field of offshore wind power pile foundation construction, large boost station hoisting, large offshore component installation and far-reaching sea wind farm construction.

"Zhongtian 39" is another "National Heavyweight Project" delivered by Haijing in recent years after the " SANXIA RUDONG MARINE CONVERTER STATION " project. After being put into use, it will contribute to the development of domestic Marine clean energy, the practice of Marine power strategy, and the goal of advancing into the blue deep sea.
