Jiangyin Hailu technology visit and study

On May 19, 2023.19, Nantong Haijing Design Department, Purchasing Department and a group of 7 people went to Jiangyin Hailu Technology with the mentality of learning, and had a friendly negotiation on issues such as panel ceiling, fire door drawing and production.

In the morning, regarding the delivery cycle of land and sea, Mr. Liu said that the normal production cycle is 20 days for small ships and one month for large ships. However, since many ships need to deliver recently, the current production cycle will be extended accordingly. If possible, ships requiring 5000m2 rock wool board can be shipped by layer.
At the meeting, Haijing on the treatment of special profiles (such as plastering, baking paint), wall panel ceiling seam, packaging and delivery of the door, drawings of the text annotation standard and Hailu designers carried on an in-depth discussion, and reached a consensus.
Finally, Haijing also asked whether the three-wall fire door of Hailu could be changed to the form of free edge. Because the technical level of firemen in the shipyard is uneven, the steel walls may not be as flat as imagined, so it was proposed that the part connected with the steel walls could be in the form of Angle steel. General Manager Liu said: it is impossible to burn the certificate during the trial, but can put forward this form when the certificate is renewed.
In the afternoon, Haijing and his party visited the door production workshop of Hailu, and Mr. Liu introduced the manufacturing process of relevant products in detail.
